2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be unworn, unwashed, and unused;
- be returned in its original condition;
- include all original tags and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, worn, washed, or damaged items cannot be refunded.
3. Non-Returnable Products
The following products cannot be returned:
- sale or clearance items;
- gift cards;
- personalized products;
- items showing signs of use.
4. Return Procedure

- your order number;
- your full name;
- the reason for the return;
- photos if necessary.
Once your request is validated, we will provide you with the return address.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in cases of:
- our error;
- defective or damaged item upon receipt.
6. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
7. Unreceived Packages
We are not responsible for:
- address errors provided by the customer;
- packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
